With decades of experience in the oil and gas sector, he has driven major mergers, implemented innovative HR strategies, and fostered a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Mohammad Makhlouf

Strategic Advisor

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and an MBA in International Management from MIT (Cambridge, USA). With more than 38 years of experience across multinationals and SMEs in the industrial, oil and gas, renewable (solar) energy, and industrial safety and security technology sectors, he has held senior positions including Vice President at Schlumberger Oilfield Services, CEO of OMNI Oil Technologies, and CEO of HF Giza Systems for Sub-Saharan Africa. He has led consulting projects in acquisitions, mergers, restructuring, planning and financing — including advising the CEO of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) — and brings strong strategic planning, financial modelling, and general management capabilities.
